A few things to know

PeakPOS is built for real stores

PeakPOS works well for convenience stores, vape shops, smoke shops, and liquor stores. It covers day to day work like stocking, pricing, scanning, returns, and shift changes.

Keep it simple, keep it accurate

The system is only as good as the info in it.

  • If your store address and tax settings are correct, receipts and reports are cleaner.
  • If your inventory is kept up to date, ordering and counting are easier.
  • If staff roles are set the right way, mistakes go down.

Where you will log in

Your main portal is:

  • portal.peakpos.co

That is where you manage your store, products, staff, and reports.

Common paths

I just signed up

  • Go to Getting Started
  • Log in, set a password, confirm your store info
  • Add at least one manager and one cashier

I am opening a new location

  • Go to Store Setup
  • Add the location address and hours
  • Confirm tax settings

I need to fix inventory

  • Go to Products and Inventory
  • Check stock levels
  • Receive inventory for new shipments

A terminal is offline

  • Go to Terminals
  • Check basic status steps
  • Follow the quick fixes

Need help

If you are stuck and the Troubleshooting steps do not fix it, email support:
